I’m an Adjunct Instructor in the Computer Science department here at Southern New Hampshire University.

Previously, I was a Senior Lecturer at Dartmouth College for 16 years, and an IBM Researcher working in software, networking, security, and privacy for 39 years.

I’m married to Elaine R. Palmer, a remarkable security nerd also at IBM Research. We have three sons aged 24, 21, and 21, and a looney Labradoodle.

My outside hobbies include my family, astronomy/astrophotography, competitive marksmanship, and continuous property maintenance along with the requisite diesel tractor & all its implements for year-round entertainment!
